Description

Leidos has acquired Kudu Dynamics for approximately $300 million in an all-cash deal that closed on May 23. This acquisition will accelerate Leidos' development of AI-enabled cyber capabilities, essential for defense and intelligence operations. Kudu Dynamics' expertise in automated targeting and cyber innovation complements Leidos' existing strategies. This marks Leidos' first acquisition in two-and-a-half years.
