Description
Nuveen Multi-Asset Income Fund has successfully completed the merger of Teachers Advisors, LLC into Nuveen Asset Management, LLC as of July 31, 2026. Following the merger, the assets previously managed by TAL will be transferred to NAM. The level of service provided to the Fund will remain unchanged. No adjustments to the fees associated with the Fund have been made as a result of this merger.
