Monroe Capital LLC acted as administrative agent and joint lead arranger on the funding of a senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Clark Foam Corporation by Specialized Packaging Group. This acquisition will enhance SPG’s existing capability set by expanding its engineered packaging offerings and geographic reach, as well as contributing approximately 50 employees to its workforce.
