Motion Industries, Inc., a U.S.-based distributor of maintenance, repair and operation replacement parts, has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire the operating assets of Ontario’s Stoney Creek Hydraulics. This acquisition will enhance Motion Industries' hydraulic offering in Canada and complement its mechanical repair services in the region.
