Description

Muhr und Bender KG (Mubea) has completed the acquisition of Cyclone Manufacturing Inc, a Canadian aerospace company. With this acquisition, Mubea aims to complement its production and technology expertise, investing strategically in the global aerospace industry. Mubea is taking over all approximately 700 employees of Cyclone's plants in Ontario, Canada, and the plant in Krasnik, Poland.
