Description

Accenture Federal Services (AFS) has entered into an agreement to acquire Falls Church-based Cognosante. This acquisition will enable AFS to launch a new health portfolio and will result in Cognosante's more than 1,500 employees joining AFS’ workforce of more than 14,000. The transaction, subject to regulatory review, reflects AFS' commitment to innovating and investing to help federal agencies meet the ever-changing needs of their mission and customers.
