May River Capital, a mid-to-lower market private equity firm based in Chicago, and its portfolio company, RLE Technologies, announced the acquisition of NDSL Group Ltd., the manufacturer of Cellwatch, a leading solution for monitoring and managing batteries for data centers, utilities, and telecommunications markets. The two companies will merge to form a new platform company, Parameter, combining the strengths of RLE Technologies and NDSL to provide advanced solutions for data centers, utilities, and critical infrastructure.
