Pliant has acquired Austrian insurtech startup hi.health to expand its capabilities in digital insurance payments. This acquisition allows Pliant to leverage its payment expertise in the insurance sector. Hi.health will continue operating independently while benefiting from Pliant's support. This is Pliant's second acquisition following the purchase of Friday Finance in 2023.
