MOL Group has obtained approval from the U.S. Treasury to proceed with the acquisition of a 51.56% stake in Serbia's NIS oil company. The transaction, currently owned by Russian firms, is aimed at expanding MOL's energy portfolio. Negotiations will continue until July 31 to finalize the deal.
