Description

Tetra Tech, Inc. has acquired Convergence Controls & Engineering, expanding its capabilities in automation solutions. This acquisition will enable Tetra Tech to provide integrated automation platform solutions in the water and energy sectors. Additionally, Tetra Tech is planning to acquire SAGE Group Holdings in May 2025 to further enhance its digital automation services.
