Hardinge Inc. has successfully completed transactions to sell substantially all of its global machine businesses and workholding businesses to affiliates of Centre Lane Partners. The go-forward businesses, Kellenberger and Forkardt Hardinge, will now operate as separate entities under Centre Lane’s ownership with the necessary capital and operational flexibility to invest in growth and better serve their global customer bases.
