Perlo Construction acquires Reimers & Jolivette Inc. (R&J) to expand footprint into downtown Portland

Tualatin-based Perlo Construction has completed the acquisition of Portland-based Reimers & Jolivette Inc. (R&J). Under the new ownership, R&J will now operate as Reimers & Jolivette Construction LLC, while retaining its brand and presence in Portland. This strategic acquisition allows Perlo Construction to extend its presence into downtown Portland and provide access to additional resources and craftspeople, while benefiting from R&J's century-long experience and relationships in the industry.
