Description
Vajda-Papír Kft. has received approval for its acquisition of Sofidel Hungary Kft.'s private-label household paper manufacturing business. This acquisition aims to strengthen Vajda-Papír’s market position and expand production capacity. The Hungarian Competition Authority approved the deal without any conditions. Financial closing is expected to occur once remaining contractual conditions are fulfilled.
