Description
PharmaCorp has completed the acquisition of a 100 percent interest in a PharmaChoice Canada-bannered pharmacy located in Ontario for approximately $8.1 million. This acquisition increases PharmaCorp's network to 15 pharmacies and represents the tenth pharmacy added since August 2025. The deal was funded using the Corporation's existing cash resources and has received preliminary college approval. PharmaCorp anticipates further acquisitions in the near future.
