Net Power Inc. has successfully closed the acquisition of EMPower’s position under an EPC agreement. This acquisition includes the rights to 123 MW of new power generation equipment. It will significantly enhance Net Power's capacity for Project Permian, taking its total potential generation capacity to nearly 200 MW.
