Resources Connection, Inc. to acquire Reference Point LLC to expand financial services consulting

Resources Connection, Inc. (RGP), a global consulting firm, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Reference Point LLC, a strategy, management, and technology consulting firm serving the financial services sector. This acquisition is expected to expand RGP’s portfolio of high-value advisory services for its financial services clients and accelerate the growth of the firm’s financial services and overall consulting business. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by early summer 2024.
