Intuit plans to expand its usage-based auto insurance product, Karma Drive, through the acquisition of technology and employees from Zendrive. This strategic move aims to accelerate the development and adoption of Karma Drive, offering telematics-powered, usage-based auto insurance. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024, with certain Zendrive employees joining Intuit's business unit Credit Karma.
