Barings has agreed to purchase the 32-storey office tower at 480 Queen Street in Brisbane from Dexus for A$700 million ($491 million). This acquisition marks one of the largest office deals in Brisbane, reflecting Barings' strategy to invest in promising real estate markets. The transaction is expected to close on 1 December, pending approvals from Australia's Foreign Investment Review Board.
