Accelleron completes acquisition of True North Marine (TNM) to enhance digital offering

Accelleron has entered into an agreement to acquire True North Marine (TNM), a Canadian firm specializing in digital weather routing and voyage optimization. This acquisition strengthens Accelleron’s digital solutions and extends its capabilities and footprint in the maritime digital space, supporting marine decarbonization. The combined offering will help ship owners and operators to meet both decarbonization and commercial goals, and expand Accelleron’s digital customer base to 3300 ships.
