They ask for a value proposition, a synopsis covering target market and size, competitive position, management team, development stage and financing needs, and a non-confidential presentation.

Worth knowing. The form makes you pick one of seven strategies, and they are not all checks into existing companies. MD Start is described as an "in-house medtech accelerator focused on creating and launching early-stage medtech companies through hands-on company building", and Biovelocita is a biotech accelerator that partners with research organisations "to create and build" startups. Sofinnova Capital, the flagship, says it invests "as founding or lead investor". Picking the wrong strategy routes you to the wrong team, and note the submission asks explicitly for a NON-confidential presentation.
