Worth knowing. They only co-invest alongside an institutional VC that is leading a Seed or Series A, so approaching them before you have a lead is pointless. They write small co-investment checks, do not negotiate terms and take no board seat, and they operate six regional funds (Rocky Mountain, Midwest, New England, Southeast, Texas, Pacific Northwest), so your company needs to sit in one of those geographies.
