Samsung
The relevant investor is Samsung Electronics' venture arms: Samsung Ventures (Samsung Venture Investment Corporation, samsungventure.co.kr) and the Samsung Catalyst Fund (samsungcatalyst.com), which is the entity behind the Groq, Mistral and semiconductor style deals. Neither site runs an open pitch form; samsungcatalyst.com has only an About, Portfolio, Team, News and Contact structure with no application process. The one published inbound address is Samsung Ventures' own posted line that startups in the US and Canada, Europe, Israel, India, China and Japan can reach them at sv.a@samsung.com, so send a short deck there. In practice a warm introduction through a Samsung business unit, an existing portfolio founder, or a co-investor is far more effective than cold email.
Worth knowing. These are strategic corporate funds, not financial-only investors. Catalyst focuses narrowly on deep tech AI and data center infrastructure, cloud, networking and 5G, autonomous systems and sensors, so consumer apps and most software will not fit. Expect a relevance test against Samsung's own semiconductor, device or display businesses, and expect the diligence to involve those business units, which matters if a Samsung competitor is already on your cap table or is a key customer.
