Neo's only open inbound route is an application form on its own site. Startup teams apply to Neo Residency at neo.com/residency (neo.com/accelerator redirects there), and college students apply separately to Neo Scholars. There is no published pitch email for Neo's pre-seed and seed investing outside the program, so if you are past that stage or cannot join a cohort, get a warm introduction through a Neo portfolio founder or mentor.

Worth knowing. Both tracks are North America only, cohorts are capped at roughly 20 teams, and Residency requires in-person relocation for about three months in San Francisco plus a two-week intensive bootcamp in Oregon. Residency money comes as a large uncapped SAFE with participation rights to around 5 percent ownership, so check the dilution maths against your planned round. Deadlines are cycle based and not standing, so read the page for the current cycle rather than trusting third-party dates.
