There is no general pitch form for the main fund. The contact page publishes investors@menlovc.com for the investment team, plus contact@menlovc.com for general enquiries. Two open application forms do exist, but both are tied to specific programs: the Anthology Fund application (an Airtable form embedded on menlovc.com) and the Inception Fund application (an Airtable form linked from the Inception page).

Worth knowing. Both open forms carry hard gates the deal history will not show. Inception is a pre-seed residency, not just a check: the site says ideal candidates "haven't raised any institutional capital", are "somewhere between exploring an opportunity and signing first customers", and about ten founders a year get 10 to 20 hours a week with the Menlo team for up to three months. Anthology is a $100M fund run jointly with Anthropic for companies building on Claude and other LLMs, with investments "starting at $100,000". Anything outside those two profiles has to go through investors@menlovc.com, not a form.
