In practice this is an introduction-only firm: find the partner who covers your sector and stage from the team pages, then get a warm referral from one of their portfolio founders, an existing investor or an operator they know. Cold email to a partner's personal address is the only fallback and has a low hit rate. Do not rely on generic info or press addresses, since they are not presented as a way to send a company.

Worth knowing. Lightspeed runs as several regional funds (US, India, Israel, Southeast Asia, Europe) with separate teams and separate portfolios, so a referral has to go to the partner in your region, and India companies are handled by a distinct team and site section. They also invest across seed through growth and buy secondaries, so stage is rarely the blocker; sector fit and competitive conflict with an existing portfolio company usually is.
