No public application form and no email address on the site. The fund's Fund 5 post says only "We're actively investing from Fund 5. Reach out", with no link or address attached, so in practice entry is via a partner or an introduction.
Worth knowing. The "Founder Portal" link in their footer looks like a pitch route but is password protected and returns HTTP 401, so it is a portfolio resource, not a submission form. Also, the firm is no longer a Google corporate venture arm: their Fund 5 post says Gradient "was founded in close partnership with Google" and is now "a fully independent firm" where "Google remains a valued LP and long-term partner". Approaching them expecting Alphabet balance-sheet money is the wrong frame.
