The same form is the call-to-action on their equity investment page. They also run a regional network with 50 offices you can contact by region or postcode via bpifrance.fr/contactez-nous, plus periodic calls for projects at bpifrance.fr/nos-appels-a-projets-concours.

Worth knowing. This is the French state investment bank, not a VC fund, and the form is built around a French company: step one asks you to look up your existing registered business, or to declare that you are creating or acquiring one. Their equity page also states they take minority stakes only, alongside family, industrial or financial shareholders, and that a large part of the money goes out through a fund-of-funds arm into roughly 700 partner funds rather than directly into companies. So a Bpifrance name in a cap table may mean a partner fund, not Bpifrance itself.
