A real program application exists but sits behind account registration on a separate portal at flagship.aplica.500.co. The public page is marketing only and its single call to action leads to a sign-in. The 500.co/founders/interest-form link is not an application; it only signs you up for updates about upcoming programs.

Worth knowing. The headline $150,000 for about 6% is gross. Their own FAQ says they charge $37,500 per company in program fees deducted from the investment, so you actually receive $112,500, and the instrument is a convertible security so the 6% dilutes at conversion. It is also a four-month in-person program at their Palo Alto headquarters, and their page states that applying does not guarantee an investment.
