White Wolf Capital LLC (“White Wolf”) is a private investment firm that began operations in late 2011 and is focused on management buyouts, recapitalizations and control investments in leading middle market companies. In general, White Wolf looks to invest in companies with $20 million to $200 million in revenues and up to $20 million in EBITDA (smaller for add-ons). Preferred industries include: manufacturing, business services, information technology, security, aerospace and defense. White Wolf’s goal is to achieve superior returns for investors in the form of long-term capital gains through revenue growth, operational improvements, financial leverage and the alignment of incentives. White Wolf strongly believes that establishing a structure in which both investors and key managers share a common ownership vision, and are motivated to maximize value, is critical to achieving superior return on investment. White Wolf also seeks to partner with management teams to drive value through operating improvements. White Wolf’s operating executives have a strong track record in supporting management teams and in implementing and overseeing operating improvements. Typical investment candidates include companies or carve-outs involving management-led buyouts, family-owned businesses where the owner is seeking liquidity or retirement, companies that require new capital for growth, strategic initiatives or balance sheet restructurings.
