Description

Trust & Will, an estate planning platform popular with independent RIAs, broker-dealers and other wealth managers, has raised more than $25 million through a Series C funding round led by venture capital firm Moderne Ventures. The company indicated it will use the fresh capital to strengthen its data infrastructure, pursue partnerships and develop additional tools, including artificial intelligence applications. Other contributors to the round included Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures, UBS and Erie Strategic Ventures. Moderne Ventures will also add Trust & Will to its ‘passport program,’ a six-month networking program where startups gain access to firms in Moderne’s portfolio.
