Nivara Home Finance Ltd has raised ₹245 crore in its series B round led by private equity firm True North. Other existing investors Baring PE India, Sunil Rohokale, and Monik Koticha also participated in the round. True North contributed ₹170 crore, while Baring and the promoters added ₹50 crore and ₹25 crore respectively. This new capital will enable Nivara to expand its geographic presence and strengthen its distribution network.
