Clearhaven Partners LP ("Clearhaven" or the "Firm"), a Boston-based private equity firm focused exclusively on investments in software and technology companies, today announced the closing of its debut fund, Clearhaven Fund I, L.P. ("Fund I") at more than $312 million of capital commitments. Fund I closed significantly above its target and was oversubscribed. Clearhaven conducted its inaugural fundraise entirely during the pandemic and was fully committed within six months from its first closing.
