The company issued over 47,500 shares at a price of $598.1 to investors including Nyca Partners, B Capital, SoftBank Ventures Asia, SK Networks, Hanwha Dream Fund and Samsung Next Fund, among others. Assuming these transactions will be executed at the same pricing of $598.1, the company will receive as much as $5.5 million more in the Series B+ round. The firm had also bagged $4.8 million in July, with venture builder The Encore Company contributing $2 million to the round. The company operates an e-wallet and card business, as well as I’mport, a merchant-facing payment API that allows integration with a wide range of payment options.
