GoDaddy Inc. has appointed Phontip Palitwanon as its new Chief Accounting Officer, effective immediately, following the conclusion of Nicholas Daddario's role due to a restructuring within the accounting department. Palitwanon, who has served GoDaddy for nine years and held various positions including Vice President, Finance and Vice President, Corporate Controller, will receive a competitive compensation package and indemnification agreement consistent with the company's practice for executive officers.
