Description

Chuy's Holdings has named Senior Vice President of Operations John Korman as chief operating officer. The Austin, Texas-based restaurant operator said in a regulatory filing Monday that previous COO John Mountford had been appointed chief culinary and procurement officer. Mountford has served as COO since 2018. Korman, 46, joined the company in 2000 as a manager. He has also served as a general manager, area supervisor, director of operations and vice president of operations.
