Ahead of his new role this Spring, Adam Sims will be stepping up to deputy CEO in the interim as he leads Bart Ingredients into its next phase of growth. Current chief executive officer, David Collard, will be moving into the role of non-executive chairman in the meantime, as he begins his transition into retirement.
