Amcor announces the retirement of Ron Delia, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), due to health reasons. The Board has appointed Peter Konieczny, Amcor's current Chief Commercial Officer, as Interim CEO, with continued support from Mr. Delia in an advisory role until September 30, 2024
