- Apr 13, 2026: SEC 8-K (8.01): On April 13, 2026, Revolution Medicines, Inc. reported topline results from its global, randomized, controlled Phase 3 RASolute 302 clinical trial for daraxonrasib in patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). The trial showed that daraxonrasib, taken once daily, provided significant improvements in progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) compared to standard intravenous chemotherapy. Specifically, patients treated with daraxonrasib had a median OS of 13.2 months, whereas the OS for chemotherapy was only 6.7 months, with a hazard ratio of 0.40 (p < 0.0001). The results indicate a potentially new treatment option for patients with advanced PDAC, suggesting important implications for clinical practice and further development of the drug.
