On December 8, 2025, Harmonic Inc. entered into a Put Option Agreement with Leone Media Inc. Under this agreement, Leone Media has the right to purchase Harmonic's Video Business for a cash price of $145 million. The exercise of the Put Option is contingent upon completing a consultation process with the employee works council in France
