On November 17, 2025, EFCAR, LLC transferred certain sub-prime automobile loan contracts to Exeter Automobile Receivables Trust 2025-5, which were then transferred to Exeter Holdings Trust 2025-5. This transaction granted a security interest in the beneficial ownership interest to Citibank, N.A. as the indenture trustee. The transaction facilitates enhanced financing within the auto loan market.
