Description

On December 10, 2025, Bimini Capital Management, Inc. entered into a First Amendment to its Rights Agreement with Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions, Inc. The amendment extends the expiration date of the Rights until December 21, 2030, and increases the Purchase Price from $4.76 to $10.20. There was no need for stockholder approval, although the Company plans to seek approval at the 2026 annual meeting.
