Description

On November 19, 2025, AXIS Capital Holdings Limited entered into a stock repurchase agreement with T-VIII PubOpps LP. T8 agreed to sell 2,404,133 shares to the Company for an aggregate price of approximately $238 million. This transaction will eliminate T8's stake in the Company, which was approximately 3.1% before the repurchase. The deal was managed by Stone Point Capital LLC.
