Description

Sole Source Capital LLC, an industrial-focused private equity firm, today announced that its portfolio company, Supply Chain Services (“SCS”), a leading full life-cycle system integrator and provider of digital supply chain, retail and mobile workforce solutions, has acquired Access POS. This is Sole Source’s fifth add-on transaction for SCS, following the purchases of Dasco Label, Miles Data, Coridian and ISG Technologies since acquiring SCS in May 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
