Smart Care, a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Richard Meek Air Conditioning, Inc., (“Richard Meek”), a commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment repair and installation company. The addition of Richard Meek strengthens Smart Care’s presence in Texas and represents Smart Care’s fourth acquisition in the state and ninth overall since partnering with Wind Point.
