SK AeroSafety Group (“SK”), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”), announced today that it has acquired Fire-Tec Aero Systems LLC (“Fire-Tec”). SK is a leading provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul (“MRO”) solutions to the aviation safety equipment industry, with locations in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Dubai and Malaysia.
