Peach Aviation is a low-cost carrier originally incorporated in 2011 as a joint venture. ANA Holdings, First Eastern Aviation Holdings, and the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan were the original shareholders. ANA Holdings acquired a majority stake in the airline and now has taken full ownership, with a fleet consisting of 16 A320-200s, 17 A320-200Ns, as well as three A321-200NX(LR)s.
