Onfolio Holdings Inc. To Acquire Contentellect Business, A Leading Provider Of Content Writing And Link Building Services

Onfolio Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ONFO, ONFOW) (the “Company” or “Onfolio”), a holding company that acquires and manages a diversified portfolio of online businesses across a broad range of verticals, today announced that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement (the “Agreement”) with Contentellect Limited (“Contentellect”) to acquire substantially all its business assets for a purchase price of $850,000 of cash at closing. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
