GlacierPoint Enterprises, Inc. (“GlacierPoint”), a portfolio company of Mill Point Capital LLC (“Mill Point”) and parent company of E&M Logistics, Jack & Jill, Panza & Sons, Gillette Creamery and Southern Ice Cream, announced today that it has acquired Marina Ice Cream Corp. (“Marina”), a full-service direct store delivery (“DSD”) distributor of ice cream and other food & beverage products in the New York Metro area.
