GameOn Entertainment Technologies Inc. (“GameOn” or the “Company”) (CSE: GET) (OTCQB: GMETF), a leading game technology provider to media, sports and entertainment companies, is pleased to announce that, further to its press release dated November 2, 2021, it has completed its acquisition of certain assets from Inplay Labs pursuant to an asset purchase agreement dated February 4, 2022 (the "APA").
