(TSX: EFX) (NYSE: EFXT) ("Enerflex" or the "Company"), a leading supplier of vertically integrated products and services to the global energy industry, is pleased to announce today that it has completed its acquisition of Exterran Corporation ("Exterran"), a leader in natural gas processing and treatment and compression products and services (the "Transaction"). Enerflex's common shares will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") under the symbol "EFX", and the Company will commence trading on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") under the symbol "EFXT" on October 13, 2022.
